Located in the heart of Barzio, a picturesque mountain resort, this house is an authentic retreat near the renowned Piani di Bobbio ski slopes and just a 15-minute drive from the picturesque Lake Como. The apartment has a bright living room with access to a large balcony, a kitchen complete with a dining area, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, the second with a double bed. Well stocked and spacious, it can comfortably accommodate groups of up to five people, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Among the services offered to our guests are a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom equipped with every comfort, as well as Wi-Fi to always stay connected. Free private parking and easy access by car make your stay even more convenient. The strategic location of the apartment also makes it close to shops, restaurants and the bus stop that goes directly to the chairlift for the ski resorts.
Located on the mezzanine floor of a condominium dedicated to short rentals, with a total of 20 beds, the apartment offers a unique and unforgettable experience. Please note that there is no lift.

The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
