"Sunflower" is the farm house that is situated between Umbrian hills and overlooks on the beautiful Tevere valley and is situated between 2 important art cities like Todi (12km) and Orvieto (20km). Farmhouse has been recently completly restored by stones and has got elegent enclosed swimming pool and outside shower, beautiful garden with large porch and stone table, gazebo and the wooden log cabin. Farmhouse is surronded by 2 hectares of the ground, orchard, olive groves and vineyards. You can use big wooden owen. Rustic single-family house "Sunflower", 350 m a.s.l., detached. 15 km from the centre of Todi, 30 km from the centre of Orvieto. Private: property, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, volleyball court patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access.
