Welcome to our Midcity Marvel! Relaxing, quaint, cozy are the vibes that emanate from the property. The home is nestled within walking distance to many of the eateries, bars, and coffee shops that reside on Government St. The house is decorated with an eclectic mix of cool pictures, lighting, plants, and antique furniture from the era the home was built. It's minutes away from Downtown and LSU; a great location for all Baton Rouge has to offer! You definitely do not want to miss out on this gem!

Just as advertised

The neighbor is not the best but we felt safe enough. The house was just as listed very clean. It’s an older home thats a little creaking but beautifully remodeled. The tv doesn’t really work because it won’t connect to the internet and no basic cable but they did have corn hole and a nice patio to hang out on.

Spacious and Comfortable!

We were in Baton Rouge for a work conference. This rental location was perfect and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Night in BR

This property is so nice,clean, and truly a lovely place. My one night stay was not long enough. Beds are comfortable, the space is so cute! Easy to park and easy to get into the house. The owners Brian and Janelle are super easy to communicate with as well in case you need anything. Thank you both for the stay and for letting us stay in such a quaint house!
