When we arrived, the apartment was unfortunately not clean. The floors had not been swept, vacuumed, or mopped, and there was a strong odor. Since we arrived late, my husband and I went to the store to purchase cleaning supplies and took care of it ourselves. I understand things can happen, so I didnât make a big deal about it. The next day, I had an event and simply wanted to inform management so it could be avoided for future guests. However, the response I received felt dismissive, and no follow-up was provided.
Hi---the good things first: great location, easy parking, a food market right downstairs, good communication with the host. Clean space, nice beds. The bad things; no dining room table to speak of; uncomfortable bar stools made it impossible to sit @ counter; only coffee maker was a keurig and coffee was old/poor quality. Water coming out of tap was lukewarm at best- terrible for showering; apartment felt constantly cold.
This location did not exist. The address given to me
for the Cozy downtown Highrise was actually a grocery store .IT APPEARED TO BE A SCAM , 44 n#3RD WAS
A GROCERY STORE.
I NRVER DID LOCATE THE SO CALLED, "COZY
DOWNTOWN HIGHRISE, I WALKED AROUND ASKED PEOPLE IN THE AREA, NO ONE IN THE AREA HAD EVER HEARD OF THE PLACE.
AT THIS TIME I WAS VERY TIRED AND EXTRENMLY
DISAPONITED.

Perfect downtown location! What a gem! No-nonsense lodging with essentials. Parking is worth the extra, although somewhat (understandably) a little bit of a juggle to get fob for check in and check out. Having grocery downstairs is understatedly amazing!
