Experience poor beware

Check in was set to 4:00. We arrived at the property at 4:30. Cleaning crew was still there and we did not get access till 6:00. Poor communication from the host to the cleaners. Upon entry I was notified the dishwasher does not work which was not stated up front. Oven runs hot and burned out first meal. HVAC needs to be cleaned as you can visually see black substance from the ceiling vents in the living room area. I noticed the refrigerator was not working properly and informed the host as we had to travel out of town during our stay. When we returned the fridge had stopped working all together and all of our food had spoiled. A mini fridge was sent over and I as a guest was asked to coordinate the repair service. I was not compensated for the spoiled food, my time coordinating a repair nor the extra cost of taking my family out to eat for over a weeks time frame. VRBO customer service was unuseful with no direct line to the complaint department. This was a horrible experience and the host did nothing to fix the issues we had that was beneficial to the situation.

Our stay here was beautiful. Beautiful and clean property felt like home. The neighborhood was awesome loved the area. I give it 10 stars. Communication with the property owner was amazing. If ever traveling back I would love to book this property. Thank you so so much. I highly recommend this place.

When’s we arrived the air conditioner was on and the house was nice and cool. When I asked about the bed sizes I was told there is 1 king and 2 queens but when we arrived NO KING BED
.. I am very picky about smells and the property smelled like pets had been living in the property

 During the 3 day stay I seen German roaches 1 dead and 1 alive
.. But the house was big and spacious
.. Easy check in and check out

Great quiet location

This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood near to groceries and restaurants. The host was quick to respond to communications and came over promptly to give us replacement keys when the original key was bent and not working well. The house has the basic necessities covered and three bedrooms to allow the family to spread out. Great TVs and wi-fi. Decor is sparse and host indicates it is still a work in progress. We look forward to staying again in the future and seeing how the property evolves!

Baseball Tournament

Brian couldn’t have been better in dealing with a problem with the hot water heater! Brand new heater went on us! Brian had someone there the same day! Perfect location for our tourney. I wish we had more tables though. Quiet neighborhood with a nice yard abd plenty of parking! Thanks Brian

Exactly what we needed. No frills, but comfortable beds in a great location. Empty dining room gave us extra room to store things out of the way. Nice to have washer/dryer. Great communication with the host who was very responsive & quick to help as needed.

Comfortable stay in good location

This stay was exactly what we needed in the heart of the Central area. Comfortable beds and room to spread out. Dining room empty, but gave room to store stuff while seating for 4 at breakfast area. Responsive host who brought missing items when requested. Enjoyed our stay!
