Room was disgusting!! Mold, dust, horrible smell, stained sheets, the carpeted floors were damp, shower wouldn’t drain. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If I could have found a different hotel that night that wasn’t booked up we would have left and went elsewhere. The grossest place I’ve ever slept in

The rooms were nasty and reeked of mildew. One of my rooms actually had mold present! Rooms online is completely different once you receive them! Front guy at desk was really nice and respectful despite horrible rooms! And kindly refunded out money! I didn’t stay, once we arrived and seen rooms my husband and I gathered the kids and left.

Out appearance

The hotel outer appearance needs to be improved. Its strange because the room I stayed in was very decent. If it wasnt for my cousin staying there I wouldnt have ever stayed there. There was also a cat living under the stairs. He had his own food and water bowl. That was not pleasant. I also tried to make reservations through the phone number listed on the company's website and it routes you to a third party company who charges double the rate online, claiming its taxes. There was also people talking loud throughout the hallway. Wasnt very quiet. The hotel lobby front entrance had a hole in the ceiling. The bathroom and room was cleaned. I did find a red spot on my bed sheet that may have been blood. I didnt sleep under that particular sheet.
