House was nice and close to the college campus.

The house was nice and was centrally located with the college and popular restaurants. Would stay again if we make it back.

Perfect LSU stay

We came to Baton Rouge for a gymnastics event for my 11 year old daughter. We were delighted with the place. It was just down the road from LSU, and food and shopping options were nearby and very reasonable. My daughters LOVED the place almost as much as Mike the Tiger!!

Our group of three adults and four students stayed at this 3-bedroom townhome for a college tour weekend, and it exceeded our expectations. The home was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating everyone. It was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials we needed for our stay. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the university and close to restaurants and conveniences. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to other families or groups visiting the area.

Amazing!!

We were coming down for the USBC Bowling Nationals tournament and they were willing to answer all my questions promptly! The house was like brand new! For this being our 1st time using VRBO, we picked a great property! Would definitely book with them next time we are in Baton Rouge! Highly recommend this property! 5 Stars on everything!

Perfect place for a girls getaway

Girls trip for The Eras Tour, and this was a perfect set up for 4 of us looking to hang out, jam to TSwift as we prepped for the concert, and stay in a safe place outside of New Orleans. Plenty of space, nice neighborhood, and anything you may need or want in the community just a quick 5-10 minutes drive away. Mgmt response was quick and they handled a couple small things we needed help with upon arrival. We would definitely stay in one of these home again

Comfortable but dirty

Unit was as listed but has lots of wear and tear. Cleanliness was substantial with stained carpets that were not vacuumed prior to stay (mice droppings in master closet). Kitchen table and end tables, including bedroom nightstands were dirty with no washcloths other than bathroom ones to clean them off. Furniture and floor rug stained, one bar stool had broken back with other one having cut in seat. One kitchen chair had hole in seat cover. Air conditioner stopped working during stay and owner was quick to get someone to look at and fixed. No dish detergent or dishwasher pods to do any dishes and also no washcloth or towels in kitchen. Overall adequate to stay in for our needs however a little front end work would have made it a lot better stay
