The property was adjacent to LSU, so it was easy to find. When we drove into the gated property we noticed a man and woman checking on the site. They were the owners! So lovely and helpful. The townhouse was clean and orderly. It was supplied well with anything you could want or need. The owners welcomed our call if we did need anything. If you're going to an LSU sporting event, you can walk!

Everything was great Being new in this business, I understand a few things need to be learned. I suggested to the host, that a few amenities were assumed like coffee or tea, coffee filters, soap and shampoo, but mostly anti-slip strips in tub as well as a grabbar to get in and out of shower. We will definitely stay here in the future. I would actually rate this 4.5

Great location, very good space, reasonable rate
The old Nicholson Oaks complex, now the Monroe, is a trip down memory lane for us. I lived in one of the units in the early 1980’s and while neighborhood has changed, it is still similar enough that triggered many memories. Our stay was perfect, everything is clean, and the hosts are great. We will book here again.

Upgrading and preserving the charm!
Great stay! Convenient parking, clean, and comfortable!! The structure is older but the owners are actively updating without taking away the character and charm! Even with it being an older structure, everything is perfectly functional. As a night shift worker, I had zero issues falling and staying asleep on that comfy bed! I was worried about noise but with those quality windows, I barely heard the outside world. Noise cancelling headphones not required! Would absolutely stay again!

Great location!!! Min from LSU baseball and football
If your looking for a location super close to LSU baseball or football this location is great. Nice property. 2 bedrooms you up stairs with comfortable beds. Just incase you have small children or people who can't do stairs just know only bathroom is upstairs. Bathroom is really nice with a tub and shower. Couch is comfortable to sleep and sit on. Both gated and ungated parking. They are working hard on fixing up this location and it shows!
