Air apartment is located on the first floor with lift of the brand new residential complex The View in Baveno. The View is located behind the city center in a panoramic and sunny position and has been designed using the most modern technologies and a high level of design in furnishings. Inside the complex there is a reserved parking space for the apartment and an area for parking bicycles. The common garden is equipped with chairs and sun loungers and planted with flowers typical of the lake. Guests have access to the swimming pool in a panoramic position and an area equipped with a barbecue and a dining table. The apartment has a large covered porch equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining overlooking the Borromean Islands. The living room has a sofa, Smart Satellite TV with also channels SKY SPORT and CINEMA, dining table and kitchen area equipped with induction hob, dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with divisible beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wi fi . Great spot for a stay in Baveno

Very clean, very comfortable, very nice views of the lake. The apartment is around five or 10 minutes on foot from the centre of Baveno. We didn't have a car and the walk from the centre is a good way to get fit - naturally, with nice lake views comes a little bit of a climb. Some very nice restaurants in or near Baveno with a Carrefour and a deli nearby (within walking distance) for groceries, as well as the launch point for boats around the like.

Sehr schön gelegene Anlage in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Küchen Ausstattung ist leider spartanisch gehalten. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass das Bad/Toilette vom Handwaschbecken getrennt ist. Kommunikation sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Alles perfekt!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem Appartement Air. Die Übergabe verlief einwandfrei. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore ist fantastisch. Auch der Pool und der Garten sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Gastgeschenke. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful stay for exploring Lago Maggiore

My family and I stayed for 5 days at „The view“ and it was absolutely amazing: spectecular view, nice and big apartment and a cool pool. Everything was clean and the way to the lake is about 8min by foot. Laura welcomed us very kind and gabe us tipps during our stay. The perfect holiday to relax :))

Mooi ingericht en ruim appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Maar het uitzicht vanaf het balkon overtreft alles. Echt vakantie!
