They room was clean and nice, but the mattresses in our room were terrible. In the hotel overall, all of the windows were dirty, giving it a dirty look. The breakfastwas very limited, and if you didnt get up early, there were limited items.

This hotel was dirty and unsafe. There were unsavory characters hanging around in the parking lot, half the lights in the lobby and hallways were not on, the room was dirty and the door did not secure all the way. My family and I left after seeing the property and requested a refund. The front desk staff was unable to help us and had to keep calling the owner on her personal cell phone. The owner was also giving us the runaround. We booked through Expedia and they have been very helpful but the hotel management has not.

Never understood why any property that would charge over 100$ a night would find it feasible to have stains on their bedsheets, and then when you try to replace those sheets, there aren't any at the front desk. What's worse is that the staff doesn't know anything because they were only there for 3 days. sounds to me that's a problem with management for not properly training their associate. Had to purchase extra sheets to feel comfortable. Not a good look. Wont be staying there anymore.

I will Not ever stay here if I’m ever in S. Carolina. I drove from Lakeland FL and here for a few hours to rest my eyes. But no the 1st room I checked Into at 3AM beds was left undone. So I went back to change my room. 2nd room smelled like cigarettes and cat piss. Mind you I’m tired from the drive. 3rd room the front desk attendant had to call the Manager to override moving my room again which it done but the room rug was wet I guess from shampooing the rug but ewww. I wont Be staying here.

Mixed Experience – Great Staff, But Poor Communication Between Booking Vendor and Hotel We recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Beaufort West, SC. The reception staff was courteous and very accommodating, going out of his way to personally show us both available room options after we encountered a booking issue. We had booked an AED room through Expedia, expecting it to be accessible with appropriate amenities for our needs. However, upon arrival, we were told the only room available was a King bedroom, which couldn’t accommodate a third person—something that was not clearly stated on Expedia’s website. The alternative room offered had two twin beds and was accessible, but not AED. This situation created confusion and inconvenience at check-in. It’s important that Expedia and the hotel improve their coordination and provide clear, accurate descriptions of room types, especially the difference between "Accessible" and "AED" rooms, and specify occupancy limits. While we appreciate the staff’s efforts to assist us, this issue highlights the need for better clarity and transparency on booking platforms to avoid such misunderstandings in the future.

Our room had a severe musky odor. I found mold on the bathroom wall and below the sink. Throughout our stay I found TWO cockroaches and one beatle. There is hardly ever anyone at the front desk but I received a text message asking how my stay is and if we needed anything, I explained my concern and did not receive a response. The indoor pool is a great idea but there are only 3 chairs and I needed to sit on the floor while the kids were in the pool. We left one day earlier than we planned and i’ve attempted to obtain a credit or refund and was denied. Very disappointed.

The rooms were very clean, trash under the sink. Pillows and blankets were not comfortable at all. 1 package of coffee and one of tea when there were 3 adults staying in the room. Something spilled at the entry way by house skeeping and was left sticky on the floor. Not enough towels for all of us.

Room was not cleaned properly. Carpet from entrance was sopping wet. Pool and pool area windows were dirty. Staff stated breakfast would be served by 6pm but it wasn’t served until 830am. Needed extra blankets and front rest rep said he was new and didn’t know where the extras were kept, did nothing to assist. If you have a marine graduation to attend it is about 15/20 mins away from the base. There’s definitely better hotels in the area. I don’t recommend.

Room was clean and quiet. Only issue was that the towels are small and worn and the shower head water barely comes out. I would recommend a maintenance person change out the shower head or clean it with CLR.
