Wonderful stay
Posted Sep. 14, 2023 on HotelsAbsolutely perfect place to stay. Immaculate service in great setting. The room was newly refurbished and was very comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful. Finally, the quality of food at the restaurant was out of this world. Would 100% recommend this to stay.

Beautiful property . The staff are helpful and kind and warm . The service is very above the average . Also , the dining is memorabke and exceptional . The dining staff are very attentive, we’ll dress for a nice dinner , knowledgeable of the food and they make you feel relax . There’s something with their happy aura that makes you smile . That is a plus when going for a fine dining . Also, food is fantastic/ delicious and presentation is way above the average .

Very friendly and comfortable, dog was well looked after and they made a great choice of Restaurant in town as their own was closed on a Monday.

From the moment we arrived, staff were fabulous. Friendly and helpful - their service levels really made the difference compared to elsewhere we stayed. The restaurant was unfortunately closed the evening we stayed but they made excellent recommendations. Breakfast was excellent! Our whole experiencewas way better than expected and better than the 5 star we had in Reims. We'll return - thank you to the team.
