Lovely accommodation, great ski in and ski out location. Condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the main restaurants and bars but nice and quiet still. Hope to visit Big White again soon and would happily stay here again!

This cozy ski chalet was perfect for family Christmas. We appreciated that the chalet had personality and cozy touches such as Christmas decorations, an interesting library collection, and board games. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we would need and more. It definitely felt like being able to step into someone’s home for the week. The ski-in and ski-out access were great - easy to get down to lessons via the plaza chair each morning. Sauna was a great feature. Common area hot tub was on the small side (it was full one day) but other days we used it and always chatted with friendly folks. Games room was fun for my 6 year old son to play foosball, ping pong and air hockey. This ski chalet was everything we would have wanted for a family Christmas ski holiday!

No car needed. Ski, walk, or shuttle!

Ski in/out was important to us for our stay in Big White. We liked the property location and the 80s vibes. We were able to walk to the market, use the town shuttle, and the airport shuttle, and didn't need a car at all. The property feels large, with two floors, two bathrooms, and spacious kitchen and cozy living room with a large window. The bed and mattress could definitely be improved. The upstairs shower didn't drain properly. Otherwise, everything was clean and as expected.

Good time

There are a few issues with the unit,The locker lock would not work, we told maintenance but did not work all week , a real pain as we had to carry our equipment down two very long hallways. The exhaust fan over the stove did not work causing the fire alarm to go off every time we did bacon. Also only half the toaster works. The TV and sound system were excellent. T

Perfect ski condo!

Love this condo! Very comfortable, clean, and with everything we needed. We were easily able to ski in and out of the condo building. Very close walk to the Village and all the restaurants.We all really enjoyed the place. Really cozy place! With beautiful Christmas decorations and very well kept! The location is very convenient, about a 4 minute walk to the village centre, there’s also a ski in/out at the back of the complex. Also, the owner was extremely attentive and friendly. This was our first time at Big White and we’ll be back next year! Such a charming and masterfully designed ski area. Thanks!

Cozy condo

As previous guests have mentioned, very well equipped. Ski out wasn’t as I expected with long walk down a corridor. There is a narrow track outside but not really suitable if you are not a confident skier so a little hike up the hill onto the Mogul Track for us which is a nice blue run. Bunk bed room mattresses were firm, but double bed upstairs on a Murphy bed was soft and a little squeaky but not detrimental to my sleep. Sauna was amazing, TVs in all rooms and two bathrooms which was handy. We forgot our board games so very pleased to see a copy of Anomia in the cupboard, thankyou! 4 stars as I would’ve preferred the ski out to be more convenient but no biggie, I would still stay here again if the opportunity arises

The place was big and comfortable. Sound proofing was good and the place was well stocked. Beds were all comfortable. The common area of the building had an unpleasant smell, but it didn’t carry to the accommodations. We’d happily stay there again.

Roomy and comfortable

The condo was an unusual set up, as it appears to be two, once separate condos joined together. However, the lower floor was very open and there was plenty of room to gather around the dining table or the living room coffee table. It worked great for us, a family of five adults. Garage key was a bit finicky, it had to be pulled out ever so slightly for it to work. Ski in/out involved a bit of a climb to get to the Mogul track. Overall, it was well stocked and appliances are all new. It worked well for our party and I would consider staying here again.

Spacious condo with great ski in/out facility

We had a comfy stay in this spacious unit with good amenities. Rather outdated but sufficed for our needs. The main bed was a disappointment - a Murphy bed that creaked a lot. Fabulous to have a garage when there was so much snow. Good communications from owner.

Great spacious unit with updated kitchen appliances this year and a good homey feel. Kids enjoyed watching a movie on the home theater system. Entry and exit for this whole building is a bit challenging. The keys are fussy for the exterior doors (takes a good 30 seconds of fiddling every time) and the ski in ski out area is not ideally located. Building quite dated so this might be something that can be improved on in the future.
