Winter Escape On Perfection, Ski In/Out, Pool and Hot Tub
This cozy Ski In/Ski Out, 1 bed 1 bath condo is perched DIRECTLY over top of the Perfection ski run and the building has a BRAND NEW atrium that features a pool, hot tub and exercise equipment!
On top of having a nice view of the Monashee Mountain Range from the patio and the awesome 4th Ace Smokehouse restaurant in the building the Big White Village and all of its amenities, including restaurants, rental shops, pubs and more is just a 1 minute walk up the road.
Step out the door and put your skis or board on and be directly on the Perfection ski run with access to 3 lifts at the base.
OR
In the summer ride your bike a few hundred feet through the Village to the Bullet chair to access the downhill mountain bike park.
The condo in the Snow Ghost building is perfect for couples who are looking to escape, or also great for a small family as kids can sleep on the pull-out couch.

Parking
First come/first serve. When arriving at the condo there are two (2) parkade levels that you may use. You can park in any stall, guests are just required to display a parking pass.
Pet Policy
Up to 2 medium size dogs allowed.

Ski Locker
Located off parkade for convenient loading/unloading. Ski In/Out directly out of the ski locker room.

- There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit(s) or building(s). Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.
- No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises. Any noise complaint callouts or fines will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
- If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
- If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
- The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged a minimum of $200.
- All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.
