    Manager to leave the staff alone!

    that was my 3rd stay at Kuntai Royal. Overall service was good for all the stays except the checkout experience on 31mar was rushy. There was only 1 to 2 guests queuing behind me to checkout and the manager (Sophia) just "make do to rush & push me off" instead of accommodation my request due I booked via hotel.com ! She should let her staff complete her service to me. Why can Kuntai or hotel provide a proforma invoice for the stay as I was on duty travel.

    Частые деловые поездки.Лучший отель в округе.Проверено!!! Вежливый,учтивый персонал. Особая благодарность сотруднику по имени Стив( так представился),как друг! Забыл последний раз документы и деньги в сейфе.Без проблем через 3 дня в Питере. Спасибо!Завтрак шикарный,даже для самых привередлевых.Бассейн и сауна-то,что надо,просто прелесть.Едешь по делам,а получается на отдых.Из недостатков-иногда проблемный слив раковины и в душе, но персонал реагирует моментально. И ешё. Постоянное улучшение и разнообразие завтрака и в номерах и лифты и т.д. Молодцы!

    Great hotel, great bang for the buck

    I checked in close to midnight and left early morning the next day. During this short time frame, everything was fine: check in and checkout processes; the room size was generous; next to Utown shopping mall.

    Very nice business hotel conveniently located. Stayed on executive floor and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour were superb. Only thing missing was a fridge in room to keep water and pop cold.

    Nice hotel located close to everything in Beijing.

    Spent a week at the Royal Kun Tai with no issues except limited English spoken by staff, but you assume that going in. The bed in the Business suite was huge and comfortable with very comfy sheets and pillows. Large room with 2 full bathrooms.There are about 3 or 4 English channels on TV including HBO if you decide to turn it on. Food was good, breakfast was fine, I ordered omelettes everyday and they were great. WiFi worked fine the whole time I was there.

    scelto per la posizione (Sul Li Tun nei pressi) ma si apprezza subito anche la spaziosità della camera, il confort del bagno e dei servizi. SPA molto cara, colazione esclusa dalla tariffa della camera. Cara anch'essa ma abbondante. Camera silenziosa nonostante si affacci su un'arteria molto trafficata. Comoda alla metro ma difficile accesso ai taxi. Tuttosommato valido.

    Keskitasoinen hotelli hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella Pekingin keskustassa. Lähiympäristöstä löytyi sekä ostospaikkoja että ravintoloita, ja isoimmat ostoskeskukset olivat kävelymatkan päässä. Keskustan nähtävyyksiin pääsi kätevästi metrolla.

    出張で宿泊しましたが、バスタブもすぐにお湯がたまり、ベッドもちょうどいい硬さでした。英語が通じない中、タクシーの運転手さんもホテル名を言えばすぐに分かってくれたのでよかったです。

    Great Hotel for a business trip A 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Metro, depending how fast you walk. By using the Metro, the city business centre is easily accessible Good service in English at front desk, concierge and also from housekeeping Good international food at the Coffe Shop. The dinning room is Chinese cuisine and the food was excellent for the price

    昆泰的服务真是好，清洁出了点状况

    我已在退房時mail給到 酒店，并无获得回应。昆泰是我在北京住过服务品质相当好的酒店，所以我经常优先选择昆泰。特别是这次入住，碰上客房清洁相当令我讶异的几个事 1)出门回房看见浴袍浴巾仍原样丢置在床上 2)连着两三天浴室用品的补给都没补上 3)水杯搁着连着2天都没洗，放进浴室应该会知道要洗了吧？也没有放回原位，不知洗过没？ 4)淋浴间里的头发并未清干净，排水盖移了位 我觉得昆泰是在北京真实符合其服务与性价比水准的酒店，希望昆泰能够一直有特别好的服务水准。
