loved the front staff for their full support and friendly attitude. at breakfast, even though english not very good, they did their best to understand what i wanted. btw, please keep chocolate croissant in breakfast.

Wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect. Very nice facilities, very kind staff, etc.

Unusual smell, but ok overall
Posted Jul. 22, 2023 on HotelsThe entire room had a very unusual smell, which I thought was urine. But asking another friend to verify, they thought it was burning rubber. I’m not sure if it was only my room but it got less pronounced throughout my stay, so maybe I adjusted to it.
The bathroom is also in a glass enclosed room with electric shutters. It’s possible to see whoever is in the bathroom and what they are doing, so if you want privacy then probably not a good choice.
Otherwise it’s a nice size room, a bit noisy, and the decor has a slightly dated/traditional feel to it.
Oh, the view was pretty good from the 16th floor.
