Eu gosto de ficar neste hotel, em abril fiquei 3 vezes em datas diferentes Pontos negativos: toalhas super velhas, ao ponto de estarem amarelas, na Ultima vez me colocaram no mesmo andar de um time de futebol, e eles ficaram ate 2horas da manha falando alto e com TV ligada, fui ate a recepção para reclamar mas eles nao podiam fazer muito. Meu conselho é colocar times de futebol em um andar e nao misturar com outros hospedes. Pontos positivos: cafe da manha maravilhoso. Maya(ou Mayra) nao lembro bem o nome da atendendente, ela é maravilhosa. Na verdade todos sao maravilhosos. Enfim, é um bom hotel.

Pretty standard, thinnest walls I've ever experienced in a hotel, could literally hear the people next door having a normal conversation. Not to mention the noise from the elevator. No safe (cofre) in the room, which is unacceptable. No tissues. White lights in the rooms, makes everything look like a hospital. Plugs difficult to reach, gotta move the bedside tables and reach down behind. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Never seen so many different capsule coffee options! Fruit selection was great

Well located and comfortable

It’s a nice hotel, well located. The room is very simple, almost like a hostel, but comfortable. I liked it but would not stay there again, for that price I could have gotten something better. We left really early in the morning and the guy in shift in the front desk only spoke portuguese which made it really difficult for check out since we had to pay for some stuff from the minibar. Breakfast is included and is really great.

Cama muito confortável, atendimento bom. Chuveiro tinha boa pressão de água também, que amei. O café da manhã é EXCELENTE. Eu só melhoraria um pouco a condição do banheiro e a conexão de wifi. Fora disso tudo perfeito.

I stayed at the Tryp by Wyndham hotel from Feb 18th until Feb 26th. After traveling for 25 hours I wanted to arrive to a clean room but it was not the case. On Feb 19th I contacted the front desk about my room’s cleanliness. The floor were filthy and the bathroom had mold everywhere. They sent a housekeeper that “cleaned” the room in 5 minutes. I contacted Expedia about the issue with no resolution. Also, the room service tray and my trash stayed in the hallway for THREE DAYS. I contacted the front desk about it and NOTHING was done. Incompetent staff that can’t communicate with each other or even takes notes about my molded bathroom. All they had to do is move me to a clean room. I talked to Linda at the front desk and she took my complaints and said she was going to speak with a manager. I never heard from the manager. So long story short save your trouble at stay somewhere else.
