Magnificent penthouse in Benalmadena, just 200 meters from the beach, renovated in 2016 and close to everything, supermarket, restaurants and transport. In addition, you can enjoy WiFi, swimming pool, and subway parking.

It has on the first floor an American kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, a bedroom with a double bed, living-dining room with a very comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV with Netflix availability, bathroom with shower and a nice terrace.
Upstairs, there is a solarium chillout terrace, 45m2, with barbecue and sun loungers, ideal for lunch or dinner outdoors and enjoy the sun with wonderful paronamic views. (15/06/2026 - 15/09/2026).
Benalmadena is a municipality on the Costa del Sol, known for its beaches and the Tivoli World theme park. The modern Puerto Marina is characterized by the Sea Life Benalmádena aquarium and the yachts that moor there.
