Cozy and bright 50m2 apartment, Ideal for 2-4 people, located on a second floor. To enjoy a vacation without a vehicle, 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the suburban train that allows a great connection to the city of Malaga, Malaga Airport, Fuengirola or Torremolinos.
Bright living room with sofa bed (140 cm), air conditioning and a comfortable terrace with table and chairs, facing east, sunny in the morning where you can have a pleasant breakfast.
One bedroom with two beds (90 cm), built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower. If you need crib tell us.
Open kitchen equipped with appliances: refrigerator, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and crockery etc ...

Environment surrounded by multiple businesses (restaurants, cafes, shops etc.) Mercadona supermarket 300 meters away. Located in front of the municipal complex with indoor pool, gym with multiple activities and ice skating rink.

At 400 meters is the Paloma Park, garden area of
 meters, with animals, playground, ideal for walking with children.

TrÚs bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©. Il y a toutes les commoditĂ©s autour (supermarchĂ© Ă  200m plus bas, la boulangerie, la plage..) et nous sommes vite sur la route pour visiter les environs. Il faut juste savoir que la piscine n'est pas chauffĂ©e donc trop juste Ă  PĂąques pour s'y baigner. Sinon il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait dans l'appartement. Juste Ă  savoir : cafetiĂšre Ă  capsules 😕 (Pas prĂ©vues) et pas de lave vaisselle (en vacances c'est pratique 😁). Nous recommandons cet appartement. En plus nous avons eu un petit souci d'eau chaude et les propriĂ©taires se sont dĂ©placĂ©s immĂ©diatement 👍. Vraiment top.

Wonderful flat in a great area. Close to restaurants and a very well stocked supermarket.Contacts with the host have been outstanding. We loved the flat, which is very well equipped and has very comfortable beds. Good WiFi and good kitchen equipment.Nice pool area as well. Close to Parque de Paloma and ten minutes walk to the beach.

Alles wunderbar, tolle Lage alles fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar ob Bahnhof Lebensmittel GeschĂ€fte oder Restaurants , Poolbereich sauber gepflegt .Man kann dort im Garten liegen umsonst oder direkt am Pool.Liege inklusive Sonnenschirm kostet dann pro Person 3 Euro .WĂŒrde jederzeit wieder die Wohnung buchen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und bei Fragen kam eine schnelle RĂŒckmeldung.

A well presented apartment.

Firstly the communication by the owner was great. An expected size for a one bedroom apartment which was clean and the kitchen had plenty of equipment and utensils. We used the soft bed at night and this also stored the duvet/pillows in the day underneath. Having stopped in the building and other apartments before we would return to this one.

Clean apartment at end of block. Nice bathroom shower and comfortable bed. No english tv channels. Fast internet. Very secure place. 24hour reception. We are already booked to come back next year.

Great apartment, highly recommended!

Very clean apartment, great location, grocery store, several restaurants and pharmacies within walking distance. Parking spots right in front of the bullding. We highly recommend this place to others. We will surely be back! Saubere Unterkunft, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Apotheken praktisch um die Ecke, ParkplĂ€tze direkt vor der TĂŒre. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Con mio marito abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento del sig. Arturo. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti per la posizione , la silenziosità notturna, la comodità per il supermercato e altri negozi. La vicinanza del Parque de la Paloma, un polmone verde gradevolissimo per passeggiate. La distanza dalla spiaggia ù di giusta misura per farsi una passeggiata mattutina 10/15 minuti. La comodità dei mezzi pubblici. L’appartamento del signor Arturo ù molto pulito, abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci era necessario per cucinare e per vivere come “a casa propria” i 10 giorni di vacanza. Ringraziamo ancora il signor Arturo per la disponibilità, per l’esattezza della descrizione del suo alloggio e io sarei molto contenta di poterci tornare !!

Excellent apartment. Great location

This was a really lovely apartment. It's in a great location. Bonanza Square is close by with a great choice of restaurants It's a short walk to the beach and the train station. The Mercadona supermarket close by is excellent. The bus service and trains are good. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need down to the lovely crystal wine and whisky tumblers. The king size bed was really comfortable. We were disappointed the pools were closed and there were no sun loungers or parasols available. However, no problem. The apartment had sun lounger chairs and a parasol. We were able to sun bathe in the large landscaped gardens surrounding the pools in the apartment complex. It was really peaceful and quiet there. I will finish by saying thank you to Arturo (and his daughter) for their very quick responses to my messages. We are definitely looking forward to returning to their lovely apartment. Next time for a longer stay.

Had a great stay everything you need in apartment , is in a great location next to bonanza square,short walk to beach and train station, apartment had nice kitchen , with kettle hob and plenty of utensils and a large fridge , bedroom had a large warddrobe and there was also hairdryrr and iron ,clean linen and towels

Ruime en lichte woning voor 2 personen, balkon met meubels en waslijn. Wat gedateerde meubels, genoeg keukengerei. In de omgeving veel winkels en eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Ook niet echt te ver van strand, 15 minuten lopen soms wel wat steile weg maar goed te doen. Bus en treinverbinding is prima. Bed is doorgezakt en echt aan het vervangen toe. Er is geen afzuigkap in de keuken.

Generally a very lovely place. Good location within BenalmĂĄdena and quite well equipped.

Very nice stay. Had pretty much everything we needed. Air conditioning system works well but it is only in the living room. Wifi works fine. Pool is convenient. Sofa bed was confortable.
