This modern, tastefully furnished apartment is located on the third floor, with access by lift and is arranged over two floors. The spacious open plan living space benefits from a well equipped kitchen, including a wine fridge. There is a lounge area furnished with a sofa, two chairs and a 50" smart TV. The dining area offers seating for six people. The lounge leads out onto the terrace which benefits from a dining table and chairs, comfortable lounge and stunning coastal views. On this level are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. The second guest bedroom offers twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
