I thought it was over priced but it was the 4th of July so maybe that was why. We stayed one night and the beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was the same all three days I was there; the in-room coffee maker was dirty inside, and the microwave worked but required multiple heating cycles to actually warm things up. Everything else was excellent—the cleanliness and the service; the staff were very helpful and attentive. It was a quiet hotel, and the location was perfect for my purpose: exploring and enjoying some beaches.

Only 1 elevator working for a full hotel. Room shades did not work. Breakfast was sub par- and for a full hotel on a weekend should have more than 1 waffle maker. Hotel was clean and pool area was very nice. Website needs updating as no bar/restaurant open on site.

Beware! The waterpark is not included in your hotel stay. Room was dirty, lights in hallway were so so dark. Pool closed earlier than closing time. Breakfast was nice. Staff at front desk was not professional. Would not go back.

The hotel was clean, but older. Our room was nice, clean linens and newer window coverings. We had an issue with our shower, only scalding hot water came out. We made due for the first day and the manager changed out the valve when we returned in the afternoon. Great service. Water park was an extra charge but rate was reduced for us. Breakfast was nice and area is kept very clean.

Misleading info in property details. Specifically says pool, lazy river and slide included with the waterpark being extra. Then they charge 40+ per person. Scam. Many other travelers complained also but nothing was done.

Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast was a typical breakfast. The water park is only open Friday, Saturday and Sundays, and for an additional fee from your stay. We knew this going in, but wanted others to be aware. Would stay again, its off the beaten path, and super quiet!

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and inviting. The lobby was spacious and also the breakfast eating area. The variety of breakfast foods was good. The staff was very helpful and when I asked for extra blankets and towels they brought them to the room immediately. I booked a room for 5 and was surprised at the size. It was like a suite. I then booked another room for the next night and it was spacious too. The only negative was that the Safari Joe swim area was not fully open during the week, but we were able to use the pool and its amenities. My grands had a great time! I had booked another hotel for a stay in a couple of weeks, but I cancelled it and booked here again! We enjoyed our stay!

The rooms were clean. I’ll give them that, however, while the hotel advertises Safari Joe’s, it is not made known that the waterpark is only open on the weekends. We were able to swim in the pool, which was not well kept and downright dirty. They also didn’t know where the light switch was and the pool area was unlocked which could result in a terrible accident for a “family friendly” hotel.
