This is an excellent hotel in downtown St Joseph, MI. We stayed on a whim and were happy with the stay. It was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful—especially the restaurant and cleaning staff. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The bed was comfortable and overall very clean.

No place to park hotel does not have its own private parking. Had to circle the place for about half an hour before you could find a place to park to go into the hotel facilities were really nice once inside staff was wonderful. Only issue was the parking otherwise excellent stay

Please fix elevator , better ice buckets, clean the coffee maker. Tell patrons to enter in the back. Can't check in in the front door. There should belll hops or someone should offer to asst. the elderly with there luggage trolley.

Proximity to Silver Beach, shops and restaurants in town is so excellent. We barely had to use the car. Cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Love that the room (even the most basic of the rooms) had a separate bedroom. It was important for our family since we had a baby who was on a different schedule than our other kids :)

Perfect location! Walk to beach, dining, and shopping. There were many choices for room layouts. The hotel was very clean and the free evening cookies were a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean and nice rooms. Our suit had a view of the lake/lighthouse and a full size fridge and microwave. Bistro downstairs made for convenient meals, as did the grab and go options in the lobby. But the biggest perk was location—steps from the farmer market on Saturday, the beach, and shopping district. There is a train that runs several times a night and is loud, but this is going to be an issue if you stay anywhere near Silver Beach.
