The front desk was onlyf staffed until 1:00 PM, and there was no elevator which meant we (in our 80s) had to lug heavy bags up stairs. Our room window looked out onto construction, and the breakfast promised in the website was not available.

This was a beautiful hotel in the heart of Alt Tegel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was near the walking district with many shops and dining options. The Tegel See with its promenade was a short walk a way! I highly recommend this property!
