My taxi was arranged by IBIS...and the taxi to the airport was RIDICULOUS...79EUROS...IBIS signs a contract with taxi companies and should keep these taxi companies INLINE. Next time, I will use UBER...maximum is 53EUROS from IBIS to the airport...

Great localisation, very quiet room, amazing Customer Service, room a little too small. Wish they had a real bar inside the hotel not just a fridge with drinks.

Perfect location for visiting Berlin . The transport system in Berlin is great so staying close to the main train station is a good idea.

Safe, convenient place to stay near Berlin Hbf.

Location wise was good as just a 5mins walk fm Main Station. Also quite and safe place to walk fm Station. Breakfast was same everyday, could at least change some items for variety.

Don’t expect any usually amenities like fridge, microwave, kettle and safe in your room. I knew it is part of the cost of operation but this price does not reflect much of these cost saving measures. At least I did not feel the savings was passed to me and I think it all went to ibis company

We understand that our guests expect to receive certain amenities while staying with us and of course we do strive to offer our guests a pleasant experience while providing them with the best possible value. The mentioned amenities that you missed were not reduced due to cost cutting but are simply not part of the product in general. Most of the mentioned items wont fit into the room and we decided to offer for example kettles at the reception.We take pride in offering competitive rates and excellent service, while also doing our best to pass on cost savings to our guests.
