The room is clean and has everything you need. What stood out easily was the staff that are amicable, prompt and professional to ensure your stay is accommodated for.

Location was great - 5 minute walk from Town Centre Accommodation was fantastic - quirky, comfy, cozy and well presented Staff and communication were brilliant - we received instructions on how to get to the property, the keysafe details, hints on where to park and other useful info Thought the info board at the bottom of the stairs was a great touch - gave a list of local takeaways, restaurants, taxis, places to visit etc etc complete with contact numbers Breakfast was lovely and staff in the cafe were very helpful and accommodating. We're already planning on returning

Great place for an overnight stop in Bewdley. Fitted my needs exactly. No good if you’re after an accessible option, but for character and budget absolutely bang on. Staff very helpful and love the subtle connection with the SVR.

Communication from the venue was via text, which was helpful for reference on our travel anx to gain access to the building. Once inside the entrance to our room was a little cramped and blocked by a folding bed, but we made it work. The room was clean and we all had a good nights sleep. We had plenty of evening meal choices a short walk away. Breakfast was excellent and my daughter really enjoyed the pancakes. We enjoyed and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The access to the property was very simple to follow and the breakfast was lovely! We could have done with extra fab as it was very hot in the room and the one working fan didn’t do a lot. We had a lovely stay though, thank you

Lovely stream train themed place

I wasn't aware checkin was via a code until getting there, which was a bid fiddly. Texting breakfast time didn't seem relevant. The bedroom was cramped with no window. Otherwise, really great, with top location, well done out room and excellent breakfast and cafe space (love the green train theme).
