Dogs must have an EU pet passport and, for identification, an electronic microchip. +++ The use of charcoal barbecues is not permitted; however, gas or lava stone barbecues may be used. A communal barbecue area is available.

Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 32 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area and dinette. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.

National category 3 stars, reception, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, supermarket and launderette. Regarding food, the campsite offers a restaurant-pizzeria that serves delicious dishes you can enjoy on site or conveniently take away. The campsite bar is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink or snack throughout the day. The campsite has a convenient supermarket with fresh fruit and vegetables. In addition, essential services such as laundry and free Wi-Fi are available around the pool and the shopping centre (the password can be requested at the main reception). A deposit of €5.00 is required at check-in for the magnetic card, which is necessary to open the barrier at the car park and the pedestrian gates during the evening hours. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay upon return of the card. Guests who wish to use the entertainment service, the pool, the shuttle, the gym and the sauna must purchase a wristband for €2.50 per person per stay (from 3 years old).

The campsite is the perfect place for those who love sports, leisure activities and contact with nature. Located in the heart of the beautiful Costa degli Etruschi, this campsite offers a strategic location, just a short distance from some of Italy's most important cities of art, such as Siena (approx. 100 km) and Florence (approx. 121 km). With a wide range of services, the campsite guarantees unforgettable holidays suitable for both families with children and outdoor enthusiasts. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. The campsite observes quiet hours, during which the circulation of cars and mopeds is prohibited from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 20:00 to 8:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

For those looking for entertainment, the campsite offers an entertainment programme for adults and children, which is active during the day and in the evening from mid-June to the end of August. Sport fishing is also possible (for a fee), offering further leisure opportunities for nature lovers.

The beach is about 800 metres from the campsite and is easily accessible on foot or by a free shuttle. Guests can choose between a free beach or an equipped beach with parasols and sun loungers (for a fee). For travellers with pets, the Mojito Dog Beach is available by reservation. Both beaches can be booked through the campsite reception. Additionally, there is a beach bar and a restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy food and drinks with a sea view.
