ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, deck access, and private bath with double sinks. Second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed with trundle. Pack and play for the kiddos stored in the closet along with extra blankets and pillows.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with kitchen island, cooktop stove, double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - This home offers smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large private back deck with plenty of seating, gas BBQ grill, and hot tub for amazing outdoor mountain living! Just a few steps down from deck gains access to a large gently sloped backyard, for easy kid play in summer and especially snow.
