âą The maximum number of cars allowed is 3. Cars must be parked in the driveway. Any street parking may result in being towed or fined at your own risk.
Things to know
âą By booking the cabin, you understand that this house is in the mountains. We occasionally will have insects find their way into the house, which is beyond our control. That could include, but is not limited to, spiders, ants, moths, flies, etc. We are unable to completely prevent them from getting into the house, therefore there could occasionally be some inside. Thank you and enjoy your stay!

âą State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
âą The maximum number of guests is 10. More than 10 guests in the home may result in asking you to leave, your deposit being forfeited, and/or an additional $100 charge for every extra guest.
âą Quiet time begins at 10 PM. Please, no excessive noise after this time. Any complaints made about the noise coming from the house after this time may result in a fine from the city that you will be responsible for paying, and/or you may be asked to leave the cabin.
âą No smoking inside the home. A fee of $150 will be charged to you in order to purify the air and get rid of the smoke smell. Smoking is allowed outside away from open windows and doors.
âą Check out time is 10 AM. A $50/hour charge will be added to any check-outs after 10 am that is not pre-approved. It may be possible to check out at 1 PM for an additional charge.
âą We are a pet friendly property. FOR DOGS ONLY. A $40+taxes non-refundable fee per dog is required. There is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed in home. Guest pets must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. Guests must pick up after pets and tightly tie the remnants in a plastic bag. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture. The violation for any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period. It is the guestâs responsibility to pick-up deposits made in the yard by the pet. A charge of $50.00 fee will be charged if not cleaned.
âą Our cabin is intended for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. You will be charged $300 per person, per day/night for each unregistered guest.
âą Noisy outdoor actives and spa use are prohibited from 10pm - 7am.
âą The minimum age to book this property is 21 years old.
