There was an alarm that would intermittently beep throughout the stay, most of the blinds were broken and would fall apart when attempting to open, one of the bedroom doors was incapable of shutting because the doors didn't fit the frame, the wifi was spotty, there were about 25 tv remotes but no instructions on how to work each tv and we could only find one remote that worked so had to use it for every cable box, the ping pong table was missing a wheel, upstairs was 90 degrees but downstairs was freezing at the same time in the middle of the night even though we did our best to properly use both thermostats, no pantry in the kitchen, no laundry detergent provided, no towels for the jacuzzi, the fridge in the kitchen was smaller than usual. We stay at a cabin in Big bear every winter and this was by far our worst experience. View and location were great, jacuzzi worked well. But overall we were extremely underwhelmed with this property.

Nice place

Our family enjoyed our stay in this very nice home. It had pool table, shuffle board and ping pong table for all the family to enjoy. Only downfall for some was no air conditioning in the home. It was a bit warm during the day. They do provide lots of fans throughout the home to use. We made the best of it. Very beautiful home and views.

Great stop for getting close the the center of big bear.

Had a great time at big bear and this location made it special! There were a few things that were a little worn down or falling apart but nothing that inhibited the trip. One thing that we we noticed was that the whirlpool in the master bathroom shot out black objects and bugs when activated but nothing a quick rinse and soap down could fix. Also about the listing on vrbo though it says it sleeps 16 adults it’s only 14 with 2 minors(city law), we got this notice after the 50 percent refund drop. Overall great stay, had a good time and would recommend!

Mountain getaway

Wonderful family friendly home with lots of recreational activities for all ages. We had a delightful Thanksgiving celebration. The only downside was Mother Nature. No snow! I hope we have a rainy season soon to refill the lake and bring much needed snow to the area. We did enjoy hiking and fishing , pool and ping pong tournaments and made many great family memories. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

Amazing Vocation at Big Bear lake

The cabin is as great as it shown on the listing. My fitness and I, group of 16 adults, had amazing time. The cabin is located close to lake with decks where you can rent boats, jetski or launch your own. Thank you for great time!

Wonderful House!
