- Guests have full access except for our lien closet for liens and supplies
Other things to note
-Please put all your skiing stuff inside the sports room - next to the laundry room
-Please note there are two heat controls. One is in the living room, and the other is in the game room.
-Please note we collect a $300 security deposit for trash situations. We need your help to put the trash into the dumpster and not the enclosure. Animal comes and scatters all the trash, and we get fine from the city. When you check out, please take a picture no trash was left on the premises, and we will return the deposit.
The cleaning company charges us $60 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use for fire safety reasons.
-Please note that during winter time, furniture outside of the house is covered by snow or ice most of the time. Because of this, our cleaners cannot clean, and we can't guarantee the use of the furniture outside.
-Please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use.

PLEASE NOTE:

We have exterior cameras on the property for security and insurance purposes.

The primary renter/guest must be 25 years of age or older. Primary renter/guest is defined as the person reserving and paying for the security deposit/rental fees and is responsible for all guests staying at the property during their stay.

Please note: Our home is equipped with heating only, which is typical for homes in Big Bear. The mountain climate cools off quickly in the evenings — even during the warmer months — so air conditioning is generally not needed or common in the area.
