Fabulous Weekend!

Wonderful stay for our Friendsgiving! Our group enjoyed the fabulous cabin - such a beautiful location, plenty of room for all and fun game room area. Kitchen was outstanding for our large group of 12 with plenty of kitchen amenities (more than listed) and breathtaking views while cooking! Destination Big Bear was great in helping us with any needs we had and check-in/out process was a breeze. They accommodated us with early check-in as well. Definitely are wanting to come stay here again.

Expected more for the price

The house was not cleaned, especially the sheets. There was hair all over the towels and on the bed sheets. The kitchen counter was dirty when we wiped it after it had been “cleaned”. The hot water was not consistently hot when taking a shower. We checked in after the check in time of 4pm because the house was not ready. There were barely any appliances in the kitchen. Most of the doors, including bathroom doors, did not lock. Overall for the price, it was not worth it. The location was great and the house was big, and that’s about it.

Nice cabin

The cabin is nice and clean. However, I found that the description of the listing is different from what we had. Instead of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathroom. We only found 6 rooms and 4 bathrooms. We have searched every corner of the cabin, we didn’t found the second master room. Also, there’s one curtain is missing, and one was broken. Overall, the stay was nice, but it kinda ruin our plan since we went with big group of people. The inaccurate information would cause some problems especially when we expected more rooms for the group.

The House was amazing

The house was amazing overall. It really is amazing and tons of room and done well... cons : For the rental price the air conditioners should work. The sleeping quarters worked well . The ac in the kitchen and living room did not it was always 79 - 85 degrees in the home bummer. 3 of The showers have no water pressure the shower heads are gummed up with calicum and does not let the water flow..I am not sure if it gets rented a lot as there was tons of dust on everything and some dirty dishes still left from the last rental in one of the bedrooms and on a window sill outside. The refrigerator was missing lots of the shelves so it was very hard to put stuff in if you have tons of grocerys . The rental agency was very persistent not to break any of their rules txting me every day 5 days before leading up to the rental date ... how about giving the attention to the most imports things that most people would require when renting ... the basics that work .... still the house is amazing just need some attention ...

Kids called it a "mansion"

The property was pretty amazing! Beautiful views. Big balconies, big kitchen. Lots of stairs, so good workout. Unfortunately, the check in process didn't as smoothly as we had hoped. In addition, the hot water was very inconsistent in some of the showers.
