While the weather during my visit was quite cold, I was pleased to find that the heating system worked perfectly, ensuring a warm and cozy atmosphere indoors. In all honesty, you get what you paid for. However, I was expecting a little more cleanliness for the extra fees, especially because of our young children. We will definitely look for something better for that price, and more clean I’m sure of that. Read the poor previous reviews, we tried giving it the benefit of the doubt because it was spacious and a last minute trip.
Lots of spider webs.
Retro feel, the home itself looks like it’s stuck in the 70’s or so.

Spacious, yes but honestly one of the dirtiest cabins we’ve ever stayed in. The carpets were heavily stained and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Several beds had visibly dirty mattresses and unwashed bedding. Out of all the beds advertised, only two were clean enough for us to sleep in, which is completely unacceptable for a property meant to accommodate seven guests. Because it was Thanksgiving, everything else was booked and we were stuck staying here. It absolutely ruined the comfort of our trip. No family should have to arrive to a place this unkept after paying full price. This cabin needs serious attention: deep-cleaning, new bedding, and a real reset before anyone else stays here. Until the owner fixes these issues, I strongly recommend booking somewhere else.
