Out front, the walking and biking trail connects you straight into Town Center, so everyone in your group can head out on their own adventure without needing to pile into a car. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning, as it is typical in Montana. The home does have ventilation, which will circulate the colder air throughout the property during the summer. During the summer months, guests can enjoy the cool mountain air by opening windows to keep the cabin comfortable. The home is equipped with heat for the cooler months, ensuring a cozy stay year-round.

The heated one-car garage includes ample gear storage, while the converted second bay serves as a private gym fully equipped for guest use. Additional driveway parking makes arrivals easy for larger groups.

Home Layout and Details
Step inside through the heated two-car garage (one bay available for guest use, plus driveway parking for several more vehicles) and enter a spacious mudroom with cubbies, cabinets, sink, and full-size washer and dryer. From here, the home opens into a bright, open-concept living area where the kitchen, dining room, and living room flow seamlessly together. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances, making cooking for groups or families effortless. Gather around the dining table with seating for eight, with room for four more at the island. The adjacent living room offers a wood-burning fireplace and comfortable seating for cozy evenings.

Just beyond, the main floor holds two bedrooms past the living room for added privacy. The primary suite includes direct access to the back deck, private hot tub, and firepit, along with a TV, Olympic-size queen bed, Schwinn exercise bike, spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Across the hall, Guest Bedroom 1 offers a double bed, a designated work desk, and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Head downstairs on the other side of the home to the entertainment-focused den, where a gas fireplace, wet bar with wine cooler and mini fridge, half bath, and plenty of games set the stage for evenings together. Just off this space, French doors open to a private office, perfect for remote work, while a sliding barn door leads into a full movie theater with six recliners, a reclining loveseat, and beanbags for extra seating. Pop some fresh popcorn in the kitchen upstairs and settle in for a true theater experience.

Upstairs from the main entry landing, Guest Bedroom 2 features a double bed and ample storage, while the bunk room next door includes a twin-over-twin bunk and a twin-over-double bed with clever under-bunk storage, comfortably sleeping up to five. A spacious full bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower serves these rooms. Just a few steps above, a second lounge provides yet another hangout space, with a sofa, bartop seating for four, a large TV, Xbox, and bookshelf.

Outdoors, the back patio is a true retreat, with a hot tub, custom firepit surrounded by ample seating, and a large grill for al fresco meals. External speakers connect to the home’s integrated sound system, letting you set the perfect soundtrack whether you’re soaking, stargazing, or gathering by the fire.

This house is an excellent way to stay in Big Sky. You are just 3mins from the village and so everything is close, while the house has privacy and great amenities. We had a few families with us with small children and everyone had a great time.
