This was my second time staying at this hotel. I was wore out from a long international flight and had a great night's rest - I loved their pillows! I was able to make a cup of coffee in my room the next morning before going downstairs for a hot breakfast. All in all, the room was excellent and the employees were great. I'll definitely be back!

First stay here while visiting son in college. Super convenient, quiet, safe, beds comfy. Like it much better than the more expensive downtown hotels in terms of quiet and comfy. Will definitely return!

Clean. Economic. Walls are a bit thin, water pressure and tempurature isnt fantastic, but it was relatively comfortable and was clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Overall it was well worth the room rate.

Great place, nice rooms, desk staff and everyone BUT the day manager this morning was awesome. I am a degreed and practicing entomologist with 40 some years in the field. I got a few Bed bug bites overnight, probably one insect, so a starting infestation... which is how this pest works... I told the desk and the day manager called and left me a VERY dismissive message that they had looked and there was nothing there, and bye. Which means they will not treat and take care of a new problem... And the Managers' Attitude was poor at best. A great place and team, but the leader this morning will find that they have a problem as she did not take me seriously-- this pest is just starting and can be dealt with, but now it will be a problem for others in that room, and soon elsewhere.

Never Again!

Thought i had reserved a handicap accessible room. They were able to get me into an accessible room AFTER i get a condescending lecture on how i shoud have contacted them directly not going through a 3rd party. Room had one queen bed. These people need to try out these rooms with a actual handicapped person to see their actual functionality. I ended up sleeping on the floor as my husband (handicapped) needed the bed. There was a recliner in the room but the seat springs were creaky and not supportive. I had hoped to sleep in it but while the foot came up , the back only reclined a short ways. We had traveled 0ver 250 miles for medical tests for my husband. As we were checking out, I was once again lectured on how if I had contacted them directly i could have gotten a medical discount. I could not find a direct phone number when i was looking for a room. I am NOT HAPPY with either this hotel nor Expedia services. Oh and the mattress was creaky and broken down.
