This home was perfect for our family Christmas celebrations. Perfect for large families with children. Well appointed, beautiful inside and out, fantastic location. Each room had its own bathroom and very large closets, which was a major bonus for us. Can't wait to stay here again!

We loved this home! The location was perfect. The size of the home was extremely generous. And, wow…what a well stocked home! Pantry staples, coffee pods, plenty of dishes and utensils, shampoo and conditioner, LARGE shower in master, bathroom staples, just all kinds of things that make the home that much more enjoyable. Great view of the ocean and finely neighbors as well. Would definitely rent again! Host was extremely communicative and always responded quickly.

Pennington Vacation 2025 “Rodeo”

This house was perfect for our family 2025 vacation. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We have three grown children and 4 grandchildren so having the four bedrooms with Bathrooms was perfect. It was nice having some of the essentials we needed already in the house. My family is planning to visit again next year!

Great spot with plenty of space.

Property was great. Everything we needed. Lots of space, great kitchen, plenty of cooking options and a short walk to the beach. Even on July 4th weekend, beach was not crowded near the house. Also, very close to all the restaurants and amusement options.

Fabulous!

This fabulous home was perfect for our family! Loved that every room had its own bathroom. It was extremely well stocked with everything needed, even bottled waters, paper goods, condiments, seasonings and high end cookware.Loved the beach view among the southern Mississippi trees. Just a hop, skip & a jump to the beautiful white sand beach. Did I mention they even had beach chairs, towels & toys!Owner was very easy to chat with and flexible check in was a breeze.

Quick trip

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay for a volleyball tournament and this place was the perfect spot. It was near the facility and restaurants, and also right across from the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.
