Building looks very rundown. The front desk clerk at check in and check out, which were two different agents, we’re both rude.

Rude front desk clerk when we checked in. Thin walls and had to listen to our neighbor’s VERY LOUD TV until 3:30 am. They kept going on the balcony smoking all night which the smell went into our room. A different clerk checking out the next day and she was also rude. The ONLY pleasant employee on staff was the lady taking care of the breakfast room the next morning. I believe her name was Alena. She had an accent from Europe. She was so gracious and kind. She exhibited excellence in her job.

Desk clerks were friendly, breakfast was good and the staff in there were friendly also. I was disappointed that our room was not ready even after arriving an hour and a half later than our check in time. Other than that it was a pleasant overnight stay.

Overall this is a great choice. Its close to the casinos, the beach, the ballpark and restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean. If anything maybe just renovations to make it look even nicer.

Breakfast was good. Rooms smelled like urine. When we first arrived, we arrived early, staff wasn't very friendly and when asked questioned about the area. They weren't very helpful. We left and came back at check-in time, staff was friendly. Rooms weren't ready but the wait wasn't bad.

We had to switch rooms because the smell coming from one of the rooms was very pungent. I’m honestly not sure how housekeeping did not notice and/or address the issue before hand. As far as free breakfast, location, and the price.. it’s a good option if the casino hotels are booked or pricey! But keep in mind there is a guy who sits on floor 3 a lot and claimed he was “security” but we came back at 2am and he was laid out on the ground with the couch pillows.. playing a loud sleep noise on his phone. Like isn’t your job to listen for help or any issues being security? Clearly he could have not been but we swore we saw him prior. Was super weird tho! I would have been uncomfortable if I was not with my husband at the time.

The breakfast was great, the room was good, the people were nice and it was my first time staying there for the night while I was still 19 years old. So it was a very good experience for me when traveling alone in the future, and so right now like uh....thank you for everything.
