Expensive but nice hotel . I left my charger - I thought he got it , he thought I got it , so we KNOW we left it . Called several times and was told it wasn’t in the room but housekeeping did not turn it In. So where did it go ? My own fault I know but should have been turned in .

There was a consistent attitude of helpfulness and positivity throughout the property. It’s clear this team takes pride in their work and values guest satisfaction. Excellent service! Front desk was so welcoming and friendly! All the employees were helpful. I have a service dog she is a seizurer alert . They gave us a first floor next to a back exit which helps at getting our dog out quickly and easily. Most are putting us on the 4 floor which is very difficult for me and my service dog who is 12 years old now. Very thoughtful and helpful. Place was decorated for memorial day! We would love to come back ! We have been using Hamptons for the 3 weeks of travel over 10 hotels and I am so glad we did!!! Excellent experience over all!!!
