This is our first Hard Rock. Just wanted to give it a try. We got a room with a view at the Platinum Tower. The view is spectacular. But the room is old. Needing some minor repairs/repainting. Cabinet for mini fridge will not close as it was hitting the closet cabinet. You get the rockstar lighting which is dim and dark. We were not there for the casino and it’s more of stop from our long drive. So can’t provide feedback on that. Pool is beautiful and gym is decent. Casual food options is good especially for a short stay.

Wonderful property. Would stay again!

Check in was great. Room very affordable in platinum tower. Beds comfortable. All the creature comforts. We weren’t even there to gamble. Only negative was the person at the check out counter didn’t seem to want to stop her conversation to take the room keys back and halfway pointed to a drop box somewhere I couldn’t find.
