Hard Rock was more than accommodating. Since Travelocity did not finish the booking and they had no record of our reservation. They not only gave us a room at the rate listed they upgraded our room.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our road trip. We had a lovely stay, it was winter so didn’t use the pool but great food options outside of the hotel in walking distance and nice to be next to beau rivage and right by the boardwalk. Our room did have an issue with the bathroom flush playing up, flushing but making an extended noise but not too disruptive. Also our room wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there but as just 3 nights no big deal

I will just say the entire staff was great and attentive. Front desk was knowledgeable and even though we were super early, she was able to accommodate us with no issues. Housekeeping was so amazing! I called multiple times for random things and they delivered within minutes and so kind and friendly. I was not able to get into my room and the engineer opened the door for me right away and fixed the lock without me having to wait. Overall stay was phenomenal with food options that was easily accessible. Definitely recommend!
