Find a different place to stay. Several people including me that were checking in at 4 were told their room was not ready and that check in started at 4 but was not guaranteed! Management rude and unprofessional. Old and outdated. Upon check out I had a charge for 14$ for a move I supposedly rented. When I told staff I never rented a movie, I was met by attitude again from management. The pool is small and the bar by the pool was meh.

The property was in disrepair and not very clean. We had a to move rooms twice because of booking issues, both rooms were dirty. There was a problem with my booking and the staff did very little to assist. I had to make several phone calls and wait for return calls for an hour and a half, despite having proof of my booking and payment. I ended up having to pay again and was told I could work thru the process of getting a refund for one of them. That is crazy to me but it was 4 in the morning, I had trvaveld for 11 hours and didn't have the energy to find a new hotel.

The restroom in my 1st room had urine all over the toilet seat, when i asked to change rooms i was told there weren't any other rooms available until i showed the receptionist pictures of the restroom, then she found us a new room . We were supposed to ha e a nkn smokingroom but we weere giving a room the smelt of pure cigarette smoke.

Clean, fresh smell filled the hallways and room. The front desk was great at check in no problems. We were staying for the Cheer competition at the Convention center. I would love acknowledge the early morning shift at Starbucks the two older woman were wonderful and very nice for being 6am. Our order was correct and waiting for us to pick up.. We will come back and stay for sure!

Overall Harrahs was good but not close to great. They need to swap out or add restaurants to the location, it’s severely limited. You’ll be going off site to eat most likely. A good thing is that what they do have during the restaurants hours of operation they will deliver it directly to your door or you can go pick it up. Overall it was VERY clean and no locations smelled of cigarette Smoke, even the casino floor. We visited both Beau Rivage and Hard Rock. This ranks in the middle with Hard Rock being the best in looks, restaurants and cleanliness. Also on our last day the hot water in our room stopped working (742), maintenance was sent to try to fix the issue to no resolve. Was offered to switch rooms but we were checking out so they comp’d us a few things, thought that was fair they offered to take of us without asking. So service was top notch. Check-in was fast and easy (reserved the room the same day via Expedia). Again was very happy with the service from everyone we encountered. What holds this casino back is the limited number of restaurants.
