Cleaning service was good. Def a kid oriented place. Most nights there were yelling, screaming, and crying kids in surrounding rooms, which was a bit aggravating. They would go in and out of the rooms constantly, letting the doors slam every time. Thankfully this tapered off between 11-12 PM.

The only thing we didn't like was the amusement park was closed for the season. The staff stated it was closed due to children being back in school. If are traveling with children make sure to book your stay before August so they can get the full experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will stay again. We enjoyed the water playground and the arcade.

Great view lotsa fun!

Loved Margaritaville Biloxi! It was perfect for a mini vacation before classes and the connection to the Paradise Park and the water park was easy to navigate. My only complaint was the mattress- time to get new ones. Loved the view to Deer Island and the balcony. Will be back soon.

The elevator system is terrible. They run slow and they need to build more elevators to accommodate all the guest in the resort. We waited 10 or 20 minutes every time to get on the elevators. It seems this has been an ongoing issue with guest for well over a year now because I stayed at this resort last year and this same issue with the long wait time with the elevators were happening. Not to mention on side of the elevators were out of service for well over an hour.

My daughters loved every minute of it! A fire alarm was pulled at about 21:30 and we left our room as the alarm said. The problem is NO STAFF, not one staff person gave any direction either on the way outside OR once we were outside. The guest like myself just said,” ok I guess we go back in” because rest of hotel didn’t even get cleared out! All the other times the staff were amazing.
