Great customer service!

The hotel is older and it seems that the rooms may have been renovated within the last few years. The rooms were comfy. The outside seemed a little sketchy with random people hanging out on the backside late in the evening, but overall, it was quiet and a decent stay. The customer service was the best part as all three people I encountered were all very nice. The hotel is in a very convenient location located close to a number of places. Overall, it was a good stay.

We couldn't get the TV to work and the girl at the front desk was no help, told me to come back in the morning someone could help me then. There was 2 women outside of our room talking at 1:30 am and we could hear them they were smoking.
