The room was filthy. The floors were nasty. 5 minutes in and my socks were black. Rust everywhere. I checked in and left after an hour. Black stains on towels and they were torn up. Holes in the bed sheets. Just filthy. It’s okay to be affordable but at least clean the rooms better. The room is small it only takes a minute to mop.

The toilet was clogged when I first came in. The light didn’t work in the bathroom. The microwave was missing. The telephone in the room did not work. The bathtub had something on the bottom of it that I have no idea what it was all in all a terrible experience and what was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in.

This room is filthy and needs a deep cleaning. The shower curtain has blood on it, the shower has mildew/mold built up in it, and the floor is very dirty/sticky. It needs to be fixed as well... the bathroom door is split, and the front door does not close all the way, you can see lights from outside and the door stopper at the top is broken, so we did not feel comfortable enough to truly rest like one should on their vacation. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because everyone was friendly that we encountered, and the hotel is walking distance to every possible necessity. The property also needs security because someone kept messing with our items in the laundry room, and someone knocked on our door very loudly at 2am!! I do not think this property is worth what we paid for it.

La recepcionista nos trató súper, pero las facilidades no estaban completamente limpias. Había una mancha que al parecer era sangre en la pared, las toallas también tenían unas manchas con un color similar a sangre. La cortina de baño también tenía manchas. El piso no estaba limpio. Aparte de que no hacen limpieza de habitación diaria solo en día de semana. Si estuviese más limpio el lugar, fuera perfecto porque está en un punto estratégico. Tienes el Walmart justo al frente, Gulfport outlets está a 2min, el aeropuerto cómo 8min.

Honestly disgusting and the staff is extremely rude especially the main manager I don’t know if he has an issue with Females but he was rude and I do have a video. We were also targeted by a housekeeper on our last day she has a disgusting attitude and works the top floor, she has her music in and talks very rude and unprofessional is extremely argumentative and did all of this in front of my kids not to mention she lied and then got caught in the lie and continued to make scene after following my husband and kids up to the office. Honestly I would never recommend anyone here there was also a police raid and it happened right in front of my door, they tackled a guy into the ac unit outside breaking it in which the staff just moved the pieces over. They offer waffles, cereal and bread. Coffee, and room temp juice no ice. As most ice machines are out you have to eat in the lobby as well but it’s uncomfortable as it’s almost like you’re a burden to the manager. The room was unclean, we left it cleaner than what we came, our tv didn’t work for 6 days we had to ask multiple times about outlets not working and there was roaches.
