We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces.

One of the prettiest, relaxing condos on the coast!

Completely updated, it provides comfortable bedding and furniture-including 2 leather loungers. Each room has a view of the beautiful courtyard and pool from both the room and the 2 private balconies.

The free-form pool, gas-grills, gazebo & tennis court are there for you!

The outside is super relaxing with places to sit, eat, & sun, but the inside is super inviting, also! The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances with all you need to feed your guests if you choose not to eat in one of our famous seafood restaurants!

Sleeps 6 in 2 Queen and 1 King beds. The condo is decorated to invite the most stressed to kick back & relax!!

Great location near the Coliseum!

Good communication with the host. She called the day before to refresh and remind us of things for check-in. Responded to questions during our stay. The condo was clean; furniture, linens and bedding were nice. Although the master has two queen size beds, there is still plenty of room to move around. The master bath was roomy too. A couple of downsides: there were no casserole or deep baking pans at all, also no large pots for boiling pasta or soup (had to buy these to cook our planned meals). Secondly, the master bathtub is wonderful, but the hot water heater does not support filling it up for a hot soaking bath. It was sufficient and comfortable to lay in though, still enjoyable. Overall, economical for the location and a good find if you’re not looking for fancy.

Absolutely wonderful Unit!

Loved Loved Loved this unit. Beautiful décor, very well set up, beautiful views. Unit had everything we needed and then some. Beds were super comfy, we slept like champs! I would 100 times over recommend this unit for your stay and will stay here again. Owner was super nice and very sweet. We had no issues with the unit at all. There was a water main break on the main road one day of our stay and water was out for a few hours but the manager called us immediately and advised the situation and then called again as soon as they were advised the water was back on. It did not disrupt our day at all as we were just lounging at the pool and actually it allowed us to relax a bit longer than we might have. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. Water in the pool was perfect. Perfect location to most anything you need, very easy walk to the beach. Thank you Charlotte, we will be back!

Great little condo for a weekend getaway. We went for a baseball tournament and this condo was perfect for our weekend trip. Very clean, had everything needed, and great location. Nancy was very friendly and answered all questions in a timely manner.

Great Property

My family and I were extremely pleased with this condo! It was very clean, well furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for renters to be able to cook all meals if they want to during their stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We mostly spent our time at the beach, but the pool area was very nice and clean. The beach is a less than five minute walk from the condo. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and would definitely book this condo again!

There were several things that were not working properly in the condo, including the toilet and light/fan in the guest bedroom. Overall, the place was nice, but there are some hefty fees to pay for things to not be in tip top shape.

Very quiet loved the location not so busy was great for families

The property was very quiet. The condo was decorated very well, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed our stay. We also loved the welcome snacks as well. We will stay again.

Great Condo!

The condo was very clean, nice & updated, and spacious! Good location. It had everything we needed, even a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, facial wipes and soap, washer & dryer, plenty of towels, extra outlet plugs, WiFi, and everything we needed in the kitchen. We did have to purchase toilet paper toward the end of our stay. The beds are a bit firm for my taste, but I slept fine. Only complaint I have is that the tub did not drain well, and the code from the property management company to access the pool was not in the welcome packet.
