The rooms were spacious, very high-end look, bed was extremely comfortable and sheets were divine! The restaurant/bar lounge is lovely! This is a hidden gem on the coast!

The hotel was very nice in a great area. The only issue was there was no microwave and we stayed 3 nights so if we ate a restaurant that night if we didn’t eat all our food there was no way to warm it the next day. Then we needed towels so I called the front desk and was advised to ask one of the housekeepers but there was no one on the floor yet so I had to wait around until I heard one and she was very annoyed that I interrupted her asking for towels.

I called literally 86 times. My request for a refund was tossed around between this hotel and Expedia- I will never use Expedia for anything - after being a faithful member over ten years. I never checked in. My flight was cancelled. It was just the worst decision to use Expedia to book what was supposed to be a nice weekend getaway
