Five ladies stayed at Ryan's in Frankenmuth. We were very happy there. The location was ideal. near to the town but not in a noisy area. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. Ryan was available via phone if needed. We certainly would stay there again!

We had an excellent stay. This is one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The house is adorable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were very comfy. There are two great areas to spend time relaxing outside. The neighborhood is quiet, and just a little ways out of town. We would definitely stay here again.

WHERE TO START?!! I’M NOT KIDDING If you are planning a trip to the Frankenmuth or Birch Run area, you need to book your stay here. If I could give our host, Ryan, and his property, ten stars instead of five, I would without hesitation! There were so many extra touches that were in Ryan’s rental including, but certainly not limited to, bottled water in the refrigerator, a bag of ice in the freezer, laundry soap/dryer sheets, q-tips/cotton pads, creamers/sugar packets for the Keurig coffee maker, a QR code framed picture on the wall that you could discover places of interest to visit. And I cannot forget to mention the lovely gift of a local bottle of wine and non-alcoholic champagne nicely chilled in the refrigerator. After a long day of shopping, this was very much appreciated! Now to address the property itself
the rental is in a great location, very close to all the attractions the area has to offer. The level of cleanliness was something I’ve never experienced in a VRBO. This place is SPOTLESS!!! I’m a very neat and tidy person so I appreciated this (I even noticed the matching hangers in the closets ). The decor was tastefully done. The appointments in the kitchen will not leave you wanting, even a seasoned cook would be delighted. Ryan communicated everything very clearly and was very prompt to answer questions. I highly recommend this property. It truly felt like a home away from home! The attention to detail in this rental was outstanding!

Thank you Ryan for a wonderful stay. Your home is beyond beautiful, clean (so clean), comfortable and tastefully decorated. The outside is very spacious with two decks to have coffee in the morning watching the sun rise and the other to enjoy a cocktail watching the kids run and the sun set. We couldn't have enjoyed any better. Communication was responsive and kind. I will definitely be back and your place will be my number one pick. Don't hesitate, I promise you will not be disappointed. Cheers!!

Lovely ranch home south of Bronners

Super clean place. Location could not be better for a trip to Bronners Christmas shop. Also convenient to the tourist part of Frankenmuth. Nice outside areas and a fire pit which we were too hot to use. Nice updates in house. Host had a hospitality gift for in the fridge.

Great ladies getaway

It is sometimes difficult to find a place to stay that checks all of the boxes for every person in our group. This house did it! We loved the amenities provided and it was beautifully decorated. It was easy to find and near everything we wanted to do in Frankenmuth.

next to town away from the crowds

Perfectly situated to explore Frankenmuth, without being in the crowds all the time. Plenty of room for us all to spread out indoors and outdoors. Loved having laundry facilities in the middle of our vacation and space to cook so we didn't have to eat out as much. We also enjoyed a daytrip to Tawas Point while staying at the property.
