Could be better.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express as we were going to a concert at the Utilita Arena. on arrival we were greeted by Shaun who was extremely friendly.

Stayed here as we needed a location easily accessible from the Utilita arena, had a great stay! Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was lovely. We had an accessible room as I am a wheelchair user and everything was perfect. I would stay here again!
