This place was absolutely filthy. When we pulled into the parking lot, the woman working the evening shift was outside the front door smoking. When we went in, she never greeted us u til we said hello, but it was clear that we interrupted her smoke break. When we got to the first room, it had a terrible stench and then noticed that the tub was inundated with black mold and a huge wad of hair in the drain. We went back downstairs and asked for another room, and that one was even worse
.same stench, and even more mold. Went back downstairs to ask for a refund, only to find the desk clerk outside smoking again. She said she would okay the refund if the third party entity would agree to it.

Wouldn't stay there again

The staff overall was friendly and they worked hard to provide good service, however, the place itself was very old and dirty. We were missing drawers to a dresser in our room, no batteries for our TV remote, there was a busted drawer in dresser in main room. Also smelled of stale smoke and stains on couch. Overall, would not recommend for family stay. Would be fine for someone needed a bed to sleep if working out of town but nothing more.

When we first got there, we got our room but couldn’t get in. My bf went down twice to see what’s going on. Then we get a new room once we stepped in. A huge waft of hot air hit us. It was extremely hot in the room. Then the toilet worked half the time. Remote to the tv didn’t work. The microwave also didn’t work. And I didn’t receive my $100 yet that I was promised I will receive back at the end of my trip.

Used to be nice, not anymore! Never stay again!

This hotels used to be really nice. Not anymore. First room had holes in wall and bathroom door. Chunk of wood missing from dresser, stains on the sheets, AC unit with no cover, just the metal insides. Garbage and dirt on the floor. Asked for a second room. Second room was dirty also but no holes in the walls and all the lights worked. Blood stains on the pillows though. Will never stay here again!

Main areas were fine. Bedroom TV remote only worked volume. Had to turn TV on manually and couldn't change channels. Wall mount AC was in the way of getting to the side of the bed. Dresser bottom drawer was broke off and shoved behind it. Towel rack in bathroom was following off. And the ceiling panel above the toilet was pushed to the side. I moved it to close better for more privacy.

Positives... despite looking like a refresh is in order everything was clean and bug free. And I definitely saved money on my stay vs many other options in that area which was quite central to getting anywhere in Bismarck. Now for the rest... Staff generally had a don't care attitude and lack training in basics (reprogrammed my room card without verifying who I was). Breakfast buffet is worst I have ever seen at a hotel and I travel a lot. Biggest issue is maintenance not occurring. My room had multiple non-working outlets as well as non-working room phone and a missing dresser drawer. Also, Internet was at times slow and was actually down completely for several hours one day.

Not worth the money

The room was in need of a lot of repairs. Blow brier almost started on fire. A wash cloth was laying flat between my sheets, light bulbs were burnt out, keys kept not working, furniture was broken,toilet barley flushed, hottub had so much clorine it bleached my suit. Id post pics but this never lets me.

Requested a bottom floor in booking. For my mother. Got second. Mold on the ac unit. The pool is a severe safety hazard. The hot tub bubble did not work. The photos online are not what the property looks like. There excuse was. “We start the remodel on Monday of the doors and locks”. Was supposed to Stay two night. But only stayed one then had a big issue getting a refund for the second night getting hit with “the internet is down” constantly. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.

I had no choice but to give one star to leave this review. I suppose if you enjoy sleeping in a room that will not budge from 85°, dirty sheets, and the smell of weed then this is your place. The photos online are very misleading. I had to call twice about the room being extremely hot, even though the thermostat was set at 60° and to request a brand new set of sheets so i could make a clean place to sleep. They did not show up until midnight. And he was higher than a kite! Horrible place to stay.

Worst stay! I will never stay here again!

To start off, walked in the back entrance of building to go to our room and smelt like marijuana. All evening you would get whiffs of the odor in our room. So got to room unable to get door to open, get in the room had burns on carpet and blanket, bathroom tub gross, microwave handle broke, and to top it off maybe only got two hours of sleep because of the people staying in the next room we’re up partying till 5:45 AM. Called front desk at least five times throughout the night to ask to have them quiet down. Next morning talked to the front desk about issue and they said oh well you should’ve called the cops. I didn’t feel like I was obligated to do such a thing. Very disappointed should of took the sign when seeing pool closed. Only good thing was the breakfast.
