The property deserves a 4 for the price. The check-in seemed to be a disappointment for not only me, but also the people before me and others I passed in the lobby in the check in process. The hotel wants you to use a keyless entry, but because I was "old" gave me a key card. However, twice I had to go to the front desk to get the card re-activated during my 7 night stay.
To get the tv to work, it required changing it to HDMI1 (vs tv). But then it worked well.
The freezer in the refrigerator was iced over to the point where the door would not close - I let the front desk know when I checked out, so hopefully it was defrosted before the next people.
The hot breakfast was nice - but there are minimal options if you want the earlier cold breakfast - we had yogurt the first couple of days, but not Thurs, Fri, or Sat. Assumed delivery comes early in week.
There was a plug for the tub, but the shower was a drizzle (please note, I have rarely had a decent shower at a hotel, so my expectations may be high).
I was told when I asked that the washer was broken (only 1 in bldg). However, it was repaired that day and I was able to run a large load of laundry when I needed to.
The furnishings in the room (chairs and beds) were not bad. There were plenty of pillows.
All that said, I would return for the price and location.
