first room offered had a broken H/AC unit; able to get a different room with working H/AC unit. Bed was very soft, but clean. A basic hotel property if you are looking for a cheap night's sleep.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Bathroom showed signs of wear and tear. Common areas and stair wells were well worn and not clean. Outdoor trash cans were overflowing...a bad look.

The room was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The TV was great because it was big enough that I didn't have any issues seeing without my glasses. And the hygiene supplies in the shower. Like the shampoo body, wash conditioner and lotion were amazing. They smelled good. They smelt very fresh and cleansing on my body. It was just great all the way around. Breakfast was awesome.I showed up kind of late in to the breakfast but they provided me with ample food very quickly and it tasted delicious

Breakfast cooked to order was great. Cook was incredible. Room had no shampoo. Conditioner and body wash in shower were broken. Went to front desk and was given bars of soap. Hotel manager said didn't have a suite I paid for and confirmed. Had to stay in a regular room the first night.

Thus hotel is not kept up. The hallways smell of mold and mildew, and the front lobby is dirty and messy. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, but there were instructions to call the manager. We did and he came in about five minutes. Although the room and the linens were clean, it was ridiculously small--you could barely walk around the bed. The bathroom had mildew in the tub. Clearly it's a place used by itinerant workers. In the morning, before dawn, someone started up a truck in front of our room, and the exhaust quickly filled the room. It's probably the worst motel I've ever spent a night in.

At check in the staff were chaotic, unorganized, and looked unprofessional. When we got to our room there was no handsoap, lotion, or conditioner in the bathroom. The tv was not connected to the wifi, that didn't reach that room, so the only way to watch tv was to connect it to my phone's hotspot. The bed was also uncomfortable. The only reason I didn't go back to the front desk was because I felt very confident the 2 guys there would not have a resolution for anything.

I decided not to stay at the property due to safety concerns. There was no available parking near my room entrance, and the area was poorly lit. As a result, I did not feel comfortable entering the room. Instead, I immediately booked accommodations elsewhere where I felt safe and secure. I hope that Days Inn will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure guest safety.

The hotel room we stayed in was not up to par. The room had a missing drawer, screws were loose on the towel rack and shower. No clock in the room so we could tell the time. I made a reservation on Expedia but it wasn't saved because it was through a third party so we got a dump of a room. I was highly disappointed. The only good thing they had was hot breakfast and the pool was nice. That's about it. Oh and I also over heard another guest complain about bed bugs. Gross!!

The room itself was clean, up front staff was friendly. The room we stayed in just needs a little TLC. The a/c unit had a lot of mold, and needed a good cleaning. The bathroom fixtures were rusty, and needed to be replaced, but on the bright side, the bed was comfortable!

The Internet was out the entire time we were there, even though I requested someone to come look at it twice. There was mold around the rail in the shower and along the edges. All of the containers in the shower were empty. There was no bar soap just a tiny half ounce of shampoo.

Property is a lil run down but clean. Staff is great. Breakfast was good, you order eggs however you like them, meat, and hash browns made by short order chef right then. Try the restaurant next door the “40 steak and seafood”. It's an awesome steakhouse with plenty of Bismarck nostalgic history!

The room stunk and as a single woman, i felt uncomfortable to stay by myself. I left within 10 minutes of checking in and found someplace else to stay
