Rooms need a good.lick of paint Bathrooms are broken and old...taps hanging off, rusty shower curtains, cracked sink units and ceilings Broken window latches Fire alarm went off at 2am....took 40 mins for a member of staff to arrive Didnt have breakfast as we learnt our lesson last time . Only stayed here as its opposite Ewood park.

Basic comfort warm and a good nights sleep-all we needed really. Clean. Good location. The only reason i didn’t give full stars was simply due to the fact the tea/ coffee facilities were not very well stocked with just 2 tea bags only.

Excellent choice for the football. Clean rooms with good shower, pub and food next door and takeaways just down the road. Car park too. Greene King is not my favourite beer, but if it has to be GK they could at least keep the cask ale going. Why is it always OK for GK not to offer cask ale??
