I was able to be worked in for an early check in which was very helpful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the pool area was clean as well. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

There was no hot water at all.. We had to take cold/warm showers. Staff was rude. We travel a lot for work/sporting events. Will never use HolidayInn again.

Our apologies for the issues you experienced during your stay. We did unfortunately have a few water heaters that shut off due to the extreme temperatures last night and we worked to get those back up and running as quickly as possible once we were informed of the issue this morning. We will be sure to speak to our staff about their attitude and ensuring we are being welcoming and friendly to all guests. We hope that if you stay with us again in the future we can provide a better experience for you and our deepest apologies again that this stay was not up to our normal standards.

Hotel was without water for a short period. Water was back on when they said it would be.

Everything about this stay was amazing. From the excellent room to the customer service to the outstanding breakfast.
