Torre Blumenau do Castelo Itaipava

Estadia boa mas recomendo o hotel providenciar mais um profissional na recepção, pois é frustrante ter apenas 1 profissional para fazer tudo! Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. Os hospedes começaram a ser mal educados porque realmente absurdo levar mais de 40 minutos para ser atendido e o hotel super lotado. Recomendo imediatamente o hotel providenciar mais um profissional porque é insano ter uma pessoa só.

Boa localização, mas estrutura velha.

Hotel com localização muito boa, porém os quartos são bem antigos, o ar condicionando do meu quarto era aquele com a frente de madeira e fazia muito barulho, o frigobar ficou vasando agua e foi desligado todos os dias que estive hospedado, o elevador deu problema algumas vezes.

Área de estacionamento ao lado, sem proteção. Elevador apresentando defeito. Abria e fechava a porta várias vezes, sem se movimentar. Quarto desconfortável, ultrapassado, sem conforto, janelas sujas, móveis em péssimas condições, colchão velho. TV com imagem péssima. Banheiro sujo, toalhas de banho pequenas e de baixa qualidade. Quase do tamanho de uma toalha de rosto. Não fornecem toalha de rosto. Fornecem toalhas de papel. Nunca havia visto isto na vida. Água mineral, pequena, R$ 8,00. Suco do café da manhã artificial, da pior qualidade. Cama desconfortável, cobertor escuro, sem lavar a meses.

O hotel é antigo e não corresponde totalmente às fotos, que mostram um ambiente mais moderno. O acesso do estacionamento ao hotel não é direto, sendo necessário subir uma escada, e a recepção tem porta sem trava funcional. O quarto é limpo e bem cuidado, com móveis bem conservados, mas antigo, com banheiro simples, banheira com muro alto, chuveiro de baixa pressão, TV pequena, geladeira antiga e algumas janelas sem cortina, dificultando dormir à tarde. Havia porta de conexão com outro quarto, permitindo ouvir atividades do vizinho, o que incomoda. O café da manhã é fraco, com opções básicas como pão e ovo, faltando variedade. Apesar disso, o atendimento foi cordial e o hotel cumpre seu papel para quem busca hospedagem simples e limpa, mas com limitações de conforto e estrutura.
