Cozy studio completely renovated in August 2019. The apartment is very close to both the Ospedale Maggiore and Porta San Felice, where the historic center of Bologna begins (a few minutes on foot), and allows you to walk to the Stadio Dall'Ara in just a few minutes on foot, while with public transport, the Fair, Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ) and the Station.
It is certainly the ideal solution both for short business and / or tourist stays as the area is served by public transport and the apartment has a spacious private parking space (2 vehicles), which for couples relaxation, apartment with small garden private bathroom with large shower with chromotherapy and you can take romantic walks in the historic center of Bologna.
The apartment is equipped with all the main comforts and is ideal both for those who travel by car thanks to the reserved parking space, and for those on foot with public transport within walking distance.

L'appartamento è carino e ben arredato. Unico neo l'altezza del soffitto (circa 2 metri) e praticamente la mancanza di finestre vere e proprie.

Ottima posizione, casa bella e ben fornita.
Casa molto carina, fornita di qualsiasi cosa sia necessario per il soggiorno, ben curata in ogni minimo dettaglio (dalla macchina per il caffè, alla roba per la colazione, carica batterie, phon, asciugamani, bollitore).
Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti con parcheggio privato all’interno della struttura visto che sulla strada ci sono pochi parcheggi e tutti a pagamento.
Consigliata veramente a tutti!
